We are a much-loved restaurant in the heart of Uppermill with a strong local following and a buzzing social media presence. We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team.
Our kitchen focuses on Pan-Asian cuisine and small plates, working within a 5-chef brigade delivering fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous level
- Passion for fresh food and consistency in delivery
- Team player who thrives in a small brigade
- Organised, reliable, and takes pride in presentation
- Enthusiasm for Pan-Asian cuisine and small plates is a bonus
