An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join a successful and fast-growing independent estate agency in Colchester.

The Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Handling maintenance issues and contractor coordination
- Carrying out property inspections
- Liaising with landlords and tenants daily
- Managing renewals and tenancy agreements
- Ensuring compliance and legislation requirements are met
- Resolving queries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Building strong long-term relationships with clients
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Property Management experience within estate agency or lettings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
- Full UK driving licence preferred
