We are currently looking for an experienced Caravan and Lodge Sales Professional to join our established management team across our group of six holiday parks throughout North Wales.
North Wales Resorts operates a collection of high-quality, 5-star holiday parks stretching from the beautiful Conwy Valley through to the Llŷn Peninsula.
With our continued growth across the group, we are looking for the right person to help us build on our success and support our future sales ambitions.
We are looking for someone who understands holiday home sales, enjoys working with customers, and wants to be part of an ambitious, well-structured and supportive management team.

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to promote our caravans and lodges, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct tours and presentations of our holiday accommodations.
- Negotiate sales agreements ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships for future sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or similar roles within the leisure or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- Proficiency in English; IT skills are a plus.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
