What You’ll Be Doing
As our Care and Support Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service — guiding your team, supporting individuals, and ensuring excellence in every aspect of care.
You will: Lead and inspire a team delivering compassionate, person‑centred support
- Oversee care plans, rotas, and smooth service delivery — including holiday periods
- Bring energy and purpose to recruitment, induction, and staff development
- Empower individuals to live independently and make informed choices
- Build trusted relationships with supported people, families, and professionals
- Maintain accurate, compliant, up‑to‑date records
- Bring creativity, initiative, and proactive thinking to every challenge
- Step in with hands‑on support when needed — because you genuinely care
- Participate in the company on‑call rota, ensuring continuity and support for the service
What You Bring
- SVQ Level 4 (or willingness to work towards it)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience leading or supervising in care/support settings
- Confident IT and care‑planning skills
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership abilities
- A commitment to dignity, respect, independence, and person‑centred practice
