Create and deliver development programmes tailored to individual needs

Support residents to gain essential life skills and independent living abilities

Liaise with other teams regarding emergencies and complaints

Apply safeguarding knowledge and duty of care when working with vulnerable individuals
We need experienced individuals with genuine motivation to see young people thrive. You'll work alongside our Housing Services Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
An understanding of safeguarding requirements and duty of care when working with vulnerable individuals is imperative.
