An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team at Fattorinis as a full-time Sales Assistant at our Harrogate store.
As a sales assistant you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and assisting both existing and new customers in discovering their next jewellery or watch purchase.
At Fattorinis we offer various services including jewellery and watch repairs, jewellery valuations and a complete jewellery bespoke service. You will advise our customers with how we can assist them with their requests, always with a positive, customer first approach.
You will be comfortable interacting with customers in-person, via telephone and email.
There is also the opportunity, for the right candidate, to be involved in managing our social media channels as part of this role.
Experience of working within the retail sector is highly desirable although full training will be provided. This is a permanent position. Part-time hours considered for the right candidate.
Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
