We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a prestigious client portfolio across North and West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with no current call-out requirement, a manageable portfolio of sites, and opportunities for overtime.
The Role
As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across approximately 5–6 commercial sites. The role will predominantly focus on servicing and maintaining VRV/VRF and split air conditioning systems while ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults and undertake reactive repairs when required.
- Service and maintain VRV/VRF and split AC systems.
- Complete all maintenance paperwork and reports accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client and site teams.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
Requirements
- F-Gas Category 1 Certification (Essential).
- Level 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Qualification (Essential).
- Proven experience working on VRV/VRF and split systems.
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in a mobile building services or FM environment is desirable.
