Aroma Care is currently recruiting Care and Support Workers to support Children and Young People (0-18 years).
We take pride in providing high standards of personalised and professional support to our Children and Young People in their own homes.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate people who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one-to-one support and who can build positive relationships with Children and Young People and their families.
A current Driving Licence and access to your car is essential for this role.

About you:
Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with Children and Young People who have Learning disabilities, Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviours, but this is not essential provided you can show empathy and sensitivity to the needs of others. We offer all of our staff an induction combined with ongoing support, supervision and training.
