Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in team management. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of service
- Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to staff, fostering a positive working environment
- Manage daily operational tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
- Oversee merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales potential
- Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and senior management through clear and professional phone etiquette
- Organise training sessions and development programmes to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as reporting, record keeping, and inventory management
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising or management roles within retail or sales environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and time management
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks
- Ability to motivate staff while maintaining high levels of professionalism and phone etiquette
- Experience in retail management or related fields is preferred
- Organised with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
