Dental Artistry is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist with a Dental Nursing qualification to join our friendly specialist team. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified dental nurse who enjoys patient interaction and practice administration but would still like to use their clinical skills occasionally.
You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while working within a respected private specialist practice offering Endodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Implant Dentistry.

About the Role
This position is primarily a front-of-house and patient care role, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients and ensuring the smooth running of a busy specialist practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Care & Reception
- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointment bookings and clinician diaries
- Handling patient enquiries in person, by phone, and by email
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
- Creating a positive and seamless patient experience
Practice Administration
- Managing patient records using SOE software
- Processing correspondence and referrals
- Maintaining an organised and professional reception area
- Assisting with day-to-day practice administration
Occasional Clinical Support
- Assisting specialists during procedures when required
- Preparing treatment rooms and equipment
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and decontamination
- Supporting the clinical team during busy periods
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- GDC-registered Dental Nurse
- Previous dental reception experience and/or dental nursing experience
- Experience using SOE dental software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Professional, confident, and friendly manner
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
