Duties
- Lead and supervise all departmental activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

- Manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development.
- Oversee merchandising strategies to maximise product visibility and sales performance.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Maintain high standards of customer service through effective staff training and supervision.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across all functions.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, set targets, and review performance metrics.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and maintaining organisational records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Skills
- Multilingual or Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with diverse clients and staff.
- Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams in retail or sales environments.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette.
