Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Supervisor to oversee operations at our Willerby location. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in management, hospitality, or guest services, who are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high standards of service during weekend shifts. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during weekend shifts to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Oversee the organisation of daily operations, including reservations, check-ins, and guest requests.
- Support staff training and development to uphold company standards and enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the premises to uphold a high standard of hospitality.
- Assist in managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any operational issues or guest feedback to senior management for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the hospitality or guest services industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly approach towards guests and team members.
- Previous experience supervising staff during weekend shifts is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality environments.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
