We’re looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to join this reputable, high-volume Gastro Pub just outside Oxford. This pub prides themselves on nose to tail cooking using only the best local, seasonal produce. This pub changes its menus seasonally to ensure they are only using the best in season, alongside running quarterly event nights to showcase the best produce of that time of year.
This pub is multi- faceted and has the main kitchen, an outdoor kitchen as well as a large event space which is frequently booked for Weddings throughout the summer. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will innovate and develop menus together to keep it exciting for their guests to enjoy.
With a well-established team and guest base, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to come in, work with great produce, a great team, and deliver some memorable dining experiences.
The right Head Chef will be comfortable working in a completely fresh food environment and comfortably working at high volume.
