English Teacher – Wrexham
Excell Supply is seeking an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher to support secondary schools across Wrexham. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about literature, language, and helping students develop confidence in communication and critical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and assess work in line with the national curriculum
- Encourage student participation and achievement
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor and support student progress
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English at secondary level
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for education and student development
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
