Our photography studios generate high volumes of warm inbound leads. Your job is simple:
Convert.
Confirm.
Hit target.
Repeat.
This is a performance-driven role inside a fast-growing, revenue-focused business.
What You’ll Earn
- £24,500 Basic Salary
- Uncapped Commission
- Realistic OTE £40,000–£50,000+

What You’ll Do
- Convert warm inbound competition leads into paid bookings
- Confidently handle objections
- Secure booking fees
- Maximise attendance rates
- Follow up consistently
- Maintain CRM accuracy
- Hit weekly revenue and booking targets
You must be comfortable discussing money and closing decisively.
Do Not Apply If:
- You have less than 3 years telephone sales experience
- You have never worked to structured targets
- You struggle handling objections
- You require constant supervision
- You are uncomfortable asking for payment
This is a high-performance environment with clear expectations.
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years telephone telesales experience (essential)
- Proven commission earnings history
- Experience in booking, high-volume or experience-based sales
- Strong closing ability
- Confidence, resilience and discipline
- Evidence of exceeding targets
Luxury, photography, beauty or experience-based sales background is highly desirable. Or worked for a model portfolio studio doing bookings.
