Off to Work are recruiting a talented and hands-on Sous Chef to support the running of a high-volume Pan Asian kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and approachable chef who is passionate about fresh, vibrant food and enjoys developing a small, close-knit team of six chefs.
The food
You will be working with fresh, in-house Vietnamese and Pan Asian dishes, including:
- Pho broths with rice noodles and fresh toppings
- Handmade spring and summer rolls
- Pork and lemongrass meatballs
- Fresh salads, rich curries and wok-fried noodles
The role
- Support the Head Chef in leading, training and motivating the kitchen team
- Maintain high standards of food safety and health and safety compliance
- Assist with stock control, ordering and managing food margins
- Work confidently with kitchen systems (such as Acquire)
About you
- Sous Chef or experienced Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Hands-on, organised and calm under pressure
- Strong understanding of food safety and compliance standards
- A positive, team-focused approach
