The Person:
- Confident Communicator and Team Player
- Proven experience as a Chef-de-Partie or a similar role within a high-volume kitchen
- Ability to work and thrive under pressure
- Passion for cooking and food, with a great eye for detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
The Role:
- Work closely Head Chef and assist with overseeing the kitchen operations
- Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuing tasks are completed to a high standard
- Assist with the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and high standard presentation
- Ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are followed
- Contribute to the menu planning and recipe development
