We’re looking for a highly motivated Lettings Agent to complement our fantastic residential Sales / Lettings team covering Eastbourne and Surrounding areas. This is a company that can give you the platform to excel as a letting’s agent with a supportive team to help you grow market share and develop your career.
Qualifications Required:
- Valid UK driving license – have daily use of your own vehicle.
- Well presented, well spoken and articulate in fluent English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- IT literate – MS Office, internet, email systems
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
Duties:
- Deal with enquiries from Vendors, Purchasers, landlords, Tenants and Applicants
- Matching applicants to the right properties.
- Book and arrange property viewings with prospective Purchasers / Tenants – take offers
and process applications.
- Conducting viewings
- Attend properties to measure, describe and take photos.
- Track and process applications and supporting tenants through the
application process to include negotiating terms of the tenancy.
- Carry out regular property inspections to ensure all properties are in good
order and to latest legislation and regulations.
- Coordinate and track property maintenance and repairs to completion
- Maintain accurate and detailed information of property related transactions
and activities.
- Stay up to date with current legislation and regulations.
- Attend CPD training
- Communicate and Process claims against held deposits between landlord
and tenant.
