Whytematter Staffing Solutions is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a market-leading advertising specialist, for a Client Executive to join their growing Belfast team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused professional looking to build a long-term career within the media and advertising sector. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in delivering successful advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
As a Client Executive, you will work closely with clients, media partners, and internal teams to plan, deliver, and evaluate successful advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, managing multiple projects, and ensuring exceptional client service at every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate Outdoor advertising campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media partners.
Utilise proprietary systems and data tools to support campaign planning and strategy.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and campaign objectives.
Support business development through existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
Manage client budgets and campaign KPIs.
Provide support across wider business teams as required.
Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer service or client facing role.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland.
Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle.
