Job Title: Property Manager
Location: London
Company: Esskay, as part of Fexco Property Services
Type of Employment: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch), plus client and events
meetings. Office Based.
About this Role:
The successful candidate will manage his / her own portfolio and manage all aspects of residential property management (legal, maintenance, repairs, major works, HR, financial, health and fire safety, etc) to ensure that all buildings, clients, leaseholders and residents’ requirements, management agreements services, and expecta6ons are met. Weekly or fortnightly visits to each building, attendance to Directors meetings, Annual General Meetings are required and as per management and management agreements.
Main Duties and Objectives:
All aspects of the day to day management of a portfolio of buildings which includes but is not limited to the following main duties:

To be familiar with leases/TP1s for properties within the portfolio and enforcing the covenants and ensuring that obligations are met in line with current property law.

Prepare, present, issue, manage and deliver budgets for proper6es within the portfolio.

Agree year end accounts for properties with the client and deal with enquiries as they arise.

Carry out regular visits to properties within the portfolio, and clients meeting and EGM/AGMs.

Appoint and manage the performance of site staff, cleaners, grounds maintenance and other contractors.

Oversee buildings’ preventative maintenance and minor works.

Plan and deliver major works.

Oversee fire, health and safety for the buildings.

Clients, leaseholders, etc liaison to ensure management contracts retention.
Essential Skills:

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with high end residential property management.

Experience of managing site staff.

A proficient level in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook).

ATPI qualified to a minimum, ideally MTPI qualified.

Experience of managing budgets for properties.
