Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Forest Educator it is your role and responsibility to:
- Create an enabling environment where children can learn and develop through play.
- Work as part of a team and independently.
- Highly organised and reliable.
- Strong relationship building skills with parents and team members alike.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changes, is flexible and uses initiative.
- Forest School experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with 2-5 year olds.
