Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various commercial premises during weekend afternoons. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cleaning and be committed to delivering high-quality results in a timely manner. Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays from 2 pm to 4 pm is essential. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure effective sanitation
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and soap where necessary
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the scheduled time frame
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift during cleaning activities
- Reliable time management skills to adhere to the scheduled hours of 2 pm to 4 pm on weekends
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning procedures
