Luxury Beach Sunlounger Hire Staff – Colwyn Bay & Rhos-on-Sea Excellent Commission incentives
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic team members to join our luxury sunlounger hire business on the beautiful beaches of Colwyn Bay and Rhos-on-Sea.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, meeting people, and being part of a busy seaside atmosphere during the summer season, on top of you hourly rate we offer an excellent commision incentive.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Setting up and maintaining luxury sunloungers and beach equipment
- Greeting customers and handling bookings/payments
- Providing excellent customer service to tourists and locals
- Keeping the beach area clean, organised, and welcoming
- Assisting customers with enquiries and promoting our premium beach experience
What We’re Looking For
- Positive and approachable personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Location
Based across the promenades and beachfronts of Colwyn Bay and Rhos-on-Sea, two of North Wales’ most popular seaside destinations with long sandy beaches, promenades, and busy summer tourism.
Driving license preffered but not necessary
