Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be Exclusivley assisting their client in the search for an MEP Engineer to join their London team in a pivotal, first-of-its-kind hire.
This is a unique opportunity to become the first in-house MEP specialist within a well-established consultancy, giving you the platform to shape, build and lead a new service line from the ground up.
The role offers a blend of technical design, project management and strategic input, with clear progression into a leadership position as the service grows.
The Role
Act as the in-house MEP specialist across a range of projects Provide technical design input across RIBA stages Support and lead MEP elements of project delivery from a PM perspective Review and manage external consultants and contractor designs Advise clients on building services strategy, performance and delivery Oversee installation, commissioning and quality on site Develop and grow the MEP offering into a standalone service line Support business development and client engagement
About You
Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering Experience within consultancy environment Strong understanding of both design and project delivery Comfortable working across RIBA stages from concept to completion Client-facing with strong communication and commercial awareness Ambitious and motivated to build and lead a new service offering Chartered or working towards is desirable
