I'm recruiting for a busy, well-loved independent mixed practice in Lewes. Three surgeries, a loyal patient base, and a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work. No corporate nonsense, no being a number on a spreadsheet — just good dentistry and a practice that looks after its people.
The Role
You'll be chairside every day across a varied NHS and private caseload — no two days the same, plenty to keep you on your toes.
- Chairside assistance across a wide range of treatments
- Delivering an outstanding patient experience at every visit
- Keeping the clinical environment safe, clean and fully compliant
- Playing a key part in keeping a busy 3-surgery practice running like clockwork
