Duties
- Uphold food safety regulations and ensure cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal offerings.

- Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
