Long-established West London based maintenance and Construction Company seeking skilled, hardworking and dedicated plumber to join our team.
Essential criteria:
- Expertise in multiple trades including: Plumbing fault finding and repairs including but not limited to tap replacement/toilet repairs/leak investigation/shower replacement/drainage issues, kitchen and bathroom fitting, understanding of domestic heating systems to include own unvented certificate
- Ability to complete works to a very high standard
- Be well organized and have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English language with an ability to communicate effectively with management and other staff
- Flexibility to complete overtime when required
- Proven experience working on residential and commercial properties
- Possess own tools
- NVQ/ City & Guilds qualifications minimum level 2 preferably level 3
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid identification documents
- Valid UK work permit (if applicable)
- Valid UK driving license
- Sound knowledge of the London Area (within M25)
- Minimum 10 years experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20.00-£22.00 per hour
