Substantial previous experience of working in an operational role
Experience interacting with hospital Electronic Patient Record (EPR)/Electronic prescribing and medicines administration (EPMA) systems
Experience of managing change and leading service developments
Experience of training and supervising staff
Experience of managing staff and leading projects
Experience of developing standards and key performance indicators
Experience of audit and service improvement
Experience of writing / implementing clinical guidelines and SOP’s
Experience of growing and maintaining and pharmacy business
Knowledge of all regulation in relation to Wholly owned subsidiaries and superintendent pharmacist roles
Experience of using computerised systems of stock management and procurement
Experience of financial reporting and budget statements
Significant commercial experience planning and developing new business and services
Experience of Business to Business (B2B) and Business to customer (B2C) service level agreement (SLA) relationship management
