Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Dental Receptionist / Practice Manager to join our busy and friendly dental practice. This is a key front-of-house and operational role, ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment and has strong leadership and administrative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and professional patient journey
- Booking and coordinating appointments using SOE (Software of Excellence)
- Handling patient enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Managing patient records and maintaining GDPR compliance
- Overseeing staff schedules and supporting team coordination
- Processing payments and managing financial transactions
- Assisting with practice performance monitoring and reporting
- Ensuring the practice runs efficiently and meets regulatory standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist/Practice Manager
- Strong working knowledge of SOE (Software of Excellence) is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach
- Experience in managing or supervising a team (preferred)
