The Role
We are seeking Senior Dog Groomers to join us at launch. Multiple positions are available.
This role is suited to individuals who view grooming as a craft — combining technical precision with an intuitive understanding of each dog’s comfort and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable, breed-specific and bespoke grooming to the highest standard
- Provide calm, confident handling and ensure a stress-free experience for every dog
- Maintain immaculate presentation of your workspace at all times
- Conduct thoughtful consultations with clients, offering expert advice
- Uphold the salon’s refined brand image and service ethos
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ professional grooming experience
- Proven expertise across all coat types and styling techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and finishing
- Composed, gentle handling style
- Professional, polished manner with clients
- Relevant qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent) preferred

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
