We are on the lookout for a Housing Support Worker for an incredible housing charity in the RCT / Pontypridd area.
What will you get?

- £25,877 pro rata for full time 37 hours
- 24 hours per week (pro rata salary)
- 2 x 6 hours days
- 1 x 12 hour night
- Between Monday and Sunday

What will you do?
- The role of the Support Worker is to assist single women with complex issues
- You will be involved in the day to day support of service users
- This is a women's service in the RCT area, focused on housing support
- The service is funded by the Wales Housing Support Grant (HSG)
- You will carry a caseload of service users / clients
- Undertake safety planning (MARF, SEREF, MARAC)
- Complete needs and risk assessments
What do we need?
- Someone with excellent experience gained within the housing sector (charity, local authority etc.)
- A great support worker
- A good understanding of Health and Safety and safeguarding processes
- Driving licence with access to your own car
- Good knowledge of the services and organisations across the local area
- Able to manage a caseload
- A DBS on the update service or able to complete a new enhanced DBS check
