The Swan is a busy, bustling and beautiful 2 AA Rosette award-winning pub with rooms, located in Wedmore (just 40 minutes from Bristol). Known for our quality food, warm hospitality and vibrant atmosphere, we’re proud to be a standout destination in the South West.
We’re now looking for an Assistant Manager to join our friendly and ambitious team.
This role is ideal for a current Assistant Manager in a similar high-volume environment, or a strong Supervisor/Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be proactive, hands-on, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
High-volume experience is essential.
