We are a trusted care agency committed to supporting adults with care and support needs. We are seeking experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality care in a variety of settings, including domiciliary care, supported living, residential homes, and hospital discharge support.
Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will provide practical and personal care to adults, helping them maintain independence, wellbeing, and safety. You will be part of a responsive team, supporting individuals on short notice and across a range of services.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personal care, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and medication support.

Support adults in residential settings, supported living, or their own homes.

Assist with hospital discharge, crisis support, and continuity of care.

Observe and report safeguarding concerns promptly, in line with policy.

Work flexibly to cover emergency and out-of-hours shifts.
Requirements:

Experience in adult social care, including domiciliary care, supported living, residential care, or hospital discharge.

Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and person-centered care.

Ability to provide a range of personal care and support with empathy and professionalism.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and emergency shifts.

Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Health & Social Care or equivalent) preferred.

Full UK DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
