We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Bench Hand to join our busy workshop manufacturing high-quality, made-to-measure kitchens and furniture.

Responsibilities
● Building and assembling kitchen cabinets and bespoke furniture.
● Reading and following production drawings.
● Fitting hinges, drawer systems, shelves, and cabinet components.
● Checking finished work to ensure it meets our quality standards.
● Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
● Working closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines.
Requirements
● Previous experience in cabinet making, joinery, or furniture manufacturing is preferred.
● Ability to use hand and power tools safely and accurately.
● Good attention to detail with pride in producing high-quality work.
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
● Able to work well as part of a team.
● Reliable and punctual.
