As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the senior kitchen team, helping to lead service while maintaining the exceptional standards expected within a luxury hotel environment.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Lead sections during service and assist with kitchen management
- Train and mentor junior chefs
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Assist with menu development and seasonal dishes
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Help drive consistency and excellence throughout the brigade
This role would suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to take the next step within a prestigious kitchen environment.
