The Weir Hotel is a food lead business with peak trade during summer time and is known for our Sunday lunch. The site consists of 6 en suite bedrooms, riverside balcony views, outside seating for over 300 patrons and an outside garden bar as well as our inside bar and seating area which boasts a real fireplace for the winter months.
We are looking for;
- An excellent Kitchen Assistant ready to join an friendly, passionate team. No experience necessary just a willingness to learn. You will be expected to assist our chefs in food preparation, cleaning and will be given full training.
- This is an ideal role for someone keen to start their kitchen career, especially someone currently in education for catering
- The successful applicant will;
- Have to live in or close to Walton on Thames
- Be reliable with good time keeping
- Is willing to work some days/nights and weekends (flexible)
- Have a willingness to learn new skills
- Be an active team player
- Show interest and initiative
