About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Logistics Associate & Delivery Driver to join our established flower company. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines logistics coordination with on-the-road delivery responsibilities. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our bouquets and floral supplies move efficiently between our warehouse, customers, and branches across London.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth and timely order flow
- Step in to successfully manage logistics operations in the absence of the Logistics Manager
- Plan and manage driver schedules, routes, and delivery times effectively
- Carry out deliveries of bouquets and floral arrangements to customers and corporate clients
- Transport stock and supply products to other company branches as needed
- Maintain strong communication across all teams, including florists, customer service, and upper management
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
- Ensure all deliveries meet quality and presentation standards
Requirements
- Availability to work weekends (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Central London areas, postcodes, traffic patterns, and congestion charge zones
- Experience in logistics, delivery driving, or operations (preferred)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confident in coordinating multiple moving parts in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams
