We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at Aston Autopark Melton Mowbray.
We're happy for you to either work full time or part time hours - with a minimum of 4 hours per day required.
- Full time hours would be 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday
- Part time hours can be chosen by you BUT MUST INCLUDE working during our busiest time between 12pm - 6pm Monday to Friday
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings will be required (with the option to be paid or have time off in lieu mid-week to compensate)

What you'll be doing:
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Schedule service appointments and update customers on their vehicle’s progress
- Liaise with the workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Produce estimates for repair costs and times
- Process payments and invoices
- Quote and sell service plans
- Support with Sales and Marketing
- Maintaining customer service levels, meeting targets set and deadlines
- Advising customers on course of action and invoice any work, whilst maximizing any opportunities to upsell through the vehicle health check process
What you'll need to be:
- A current or previous Service Advisor, or similar role, within the automotive industry
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to handle a pressurised environment
- Ideally having a basic level of mechanical awareness and a keen interest in the automotive industry
- Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and invoicing
- UK Driving Licence

Are a family business of 35 years, situated on a 3.5 acre site. They sell new Vauxhalls and all makes of used cars. They also have repairer status for the brands Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen and Ford.
