The Team
A&M Tax is an independent tax group made up of experienced tax professionals dedicated to providing customized tax advice to clients and investors across a broad range of industries. We are seeking a Manager, Markets & Commercial Growth to support the Director of Markets & Commercial Growth in delivering the commercial agenda for the EMEA Tax practice. This role plays a critical enabling function helping the Director execute strategy, strengthen commercial operations, and coordinate go to market activity across countries and service lines. It is ideal for someone who is organised, commercially minded, and eager to grow into a senior commercial leadership path.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Support the Director in developing a clear understanding of A&M Tax’s value proposition and competitive positioning
Assist with preparing annual commercial plans, growth priorities, and go to market initiatives
Conduct research and analysis to inform multi year growth plans, key account strategies, and new market opportunities
Markets & Commercial Growth Operations
Work with the Director to implement and maintain the EMEA Markets & Commercial Growth operating model
Manage day to day CRM (e.g., Salesforce) hygiene, pipeline updates, and reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility
Help improve commercial tools, templates, dashboards, and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
Pursuit & Client Development
Support in coordinating pursuit activity, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, and submission
Draft and maintain client ready materials such as credentials, case studies, and presentations
Gather client feedback, market insights, and post pursuit learnings to feed into continuous improvement
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key point of coordination between leaders regional/country teams
Support relationship mapping, client engagement activities, and targeted campaigns
Build strong working relationships with marketing, Tax leadership, and global Markets & Commercial Growth colleagues
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in a commercial, business development, sales, or marketing role within professional services (consulting preferred)
