Mando Solutions are seeking an experienced Quarry Supervisor to join operations at a well-established limestone quarry near Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire. The site plays a key role in regional aggregate and materials supply, supporting large-scale crushing and screening operations across the South West.
The company is a leading mobile crushing company they require a strong and proactive individual to work alongside an existing supervisor, overseeing a workforce of 40+ operatives on site. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with proven supervisory experience within a quarry, aggregates, or heavy plant environment.
The successful candidate must be a confident decision-maker, capable of taking initiative, maintaining high safety and operational standards, and leading teams effectively in a fast-paced quarry setting. Reliability and presence on site are essential, with a required daily start time of 5:30am to conduct staff briefings ahead of the 6:00am operational start.
