Primarily, we're looking for an individual or team who have previously worked in door to door sales or marketing. (Home Improvements, Charities, Telecomms etc would be ideal)
We are looking for somebody to come in either as an individual who is self motivated enough to work alone, or someone who wants to bring and manage a team or is looking to build and grow a team.
Your main duties will be to provide appointments with potential customers offering them FREE quotations for any of our services with no obligation.
We cover all of Northants and have sales and marketing staff all over the County, so are able to offer our staff a high level of freedom in where they work.
The salesmen we have are highly experienced and are located all over the county who are waiting to cover any appointments you can provide. Turning those appointments into sales thus earning a passive income for you, on top of your regular wage.
We pay a basic weekly wage, plus a preset amount for for every appointment provided, as well as then a percentage of commission for every appointment leading to a sale. This is then further increased with weekly target bonuses.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing managers to set and hit weekly targets and generous basic and bonuses will be set up for you (and for your team if applicable.)
