Service Advisor – Motorhomes & Caravans

Wandahome is a leading motorhome and caravan dealership, and we are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our aftersales team.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you will be the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience from booking through to completion of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer emails and responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Booking service and repair appointments over the phone.
- Listening to and understanding customers' concerns and accurately updating job cards with clear descriptions for the workshop technicians.
- Meeting customers on arrival, checking over their motorhome or caravan, and preparing vehicles ready for the workshop team.
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle and maintaining excellent communication throughout.
- Advising and coaching customers over the phone on the operation and basic troubleshooting of their motorhome or caravan where appropriate.
- Working closely with the workshop team to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities with good attention to detail.
- Confidence dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
- The ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, customer service, or automotive role would be advantageous.
- A genuine interest in motorhomes and caravans. Experience within the motorhome or caravan industry is preferred, along with an understanding of how these vehicles operate.
