We are seeking a residential property conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience with handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties in England and Wales.
- Have excellent knowledge of conveyancing law and practice in England and Wales.
- Possess strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Be proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Have Exceptional communication and client care skills.- Be a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive (CILEx) with at least 3 years PQE or 3 years’ experience as conveyancer responsible for their own caseload.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
