Corporate Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join a highly successful law firm. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to develop their career within a dynamic corporate environment.
Duties
Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting due diligence, managing transaction files, preparing completion documents, and liaising with clients and third parties.
