High-End Lettings Negotiator – Prime Central London

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 basic + £40,000 to £80,000 OTE (uncapped)
About Us
Chase Apartments is a boutique Central London agency specialising in high-end rentals and sales across Belgravia, Nine Elms, and Prime London developments.
We work with properties ranging from £3,000 to £15,000+ per month, providing an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire one ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our team.
The Role
This is a deal-focused role, ideal for someone who is motivated by earnings, progression, and working with high-value clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing applicant enquiries and qualifying leads
- Conducting viewings across Prime Central London
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Building relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing deals from enquiry through to move-in
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in lettings OR strong sales background (e.g. recruitment, luxury retail, finance)
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Desire to build a long-term career in property
