Join Our Nursery Family
Where little minds grow and big hearts belong
We are a warm, family-run nursery that truly feels like a home-from-home—for both children and our team. Every day, we create a nurturing, inspiring environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to explore the world around them through play.
Now, we’re looking for passionate, caring individuals—whether qualified or starting their journey—to join our growing close-knit team across our beautiful settings in Wootey and Holybourne.
The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be more than just a team member—you’ll be a key part of a child’s early story. You’ll spark curiosity, inspire imagination, and help build the foundations that shape their future.
Working alongside a supportive and friendly team, you’ll have the freedom to bring your creativity to life and make every day meaningful—for both you and the children.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment where every child can thrive
- Planning fun, engaging, play-based activities tailored to each child’s interests
- Supporting children’s development across all areas of the EYFS
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to the team (we love new inspiration!)
- Delivering exciting experiences through our enhanced curriculum
- For qualified staff: being a key person and completing observations and assessments
- Enjoying walks and little adventures in the local community
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 2 Early Years qualification or above (for qualified roles)
- A kind, positive, and enthusiastic team player
- Someone who genuinely loves working with children
- A creative mind who enjoys making learning magical
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Initiative to create engaging activities (especially tuff trays!)
What You’ll Get in Return
- £500 welcome bonus after your probation
- 28 days annual leave—with weekends and bank holidays off (based on 40 hours a week working)
- Your birthday off to celebrate YOU
- Paid annual conference days
- Staff recognition awards (we love to celebrate our team!)
- Wellbeing days filled with treats and appreciation
- Childcare discounts after probation
- A supportive environment where your voice is heard and your ideas matter
Why Join Us?
Because here, you’re not just an employee—you’re part of a family.
You’ll be supported, valued, and encouraged to grow, with real opportunities to develop your career in a setting that genuinely cares.
