Deano's Italian American Restaurant is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team and play a key role in driving the day-to-day operation of one of the Northern Quarter's busiest restaurants.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or ambitious hospitality leader looking to take the next step towards a General Manager position in the future.

The Role
We're looking for someone who loves being on the floor, leading busy services, coaching people in real time and creating an environment where teams can perform at their best.
Working closely with the General Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead shifts, develop people and play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience.
You'll:
- Lead shifts and drive high standards of service, quality and guest experience
- Coach and develop team members through day-to-day leadership and feedback
- Help recruit, onboard and train future talent
- Create a positive, energetic and accountable team culture
- Work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to deliver smooth and efficient service
- Support labour, stock and operational cost controls
- Identify opportunities to improve standards, systems and performance
- Contribute to achieving restaurant targets and business goals

- Previous management experience within hospitality

- Strong operational knowledge and service leadership skills
- Calm, organised and confident under pressure
- Someone who leads from the front and sets the standard
