After successfully working in Wakefield with 3 services we are now proud to announce we are expanding the 1st Enable footprint into Leeds.
As an exciting part of our growth plans we are excited to launch a newly developed service in Leeds and looking for passionate, experienced and person-centred Support Workers to support the Service Manager and Senior Support Worker in our new service.
The Support Worker role requires flexibility with shift work, including days, nights, evenings and weekends.

Support Worker Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals
- Deliver care as outlined in care and person-centred plans
- Assist individuals with daily personal care tasks
Qualifications
- A Level 3 qualification or above in health and social care is desirable; support for achieving this qualification is available
- Experience as a Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Care Worker, or carer preferred, or experience with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Support, or Autism/Complex Behaviours.
