Salary: £17,000 (£28,333 full-time equivalent).

Salary and benefits

The Role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in London. We understand that no one person will have all the skills listed, and we're more focused on finding the right individual who is eager to adapt and grow within our team. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operations in the London studio.
- Arranging for plumbers, builders, cleaners, etc.
- Monitoring, ordering, and maintaining office supplies and consumables.
- Supporting the Senior Management team.
- Organising couriers.
- Assist in organising company conferences and social events.
- Meeting Management: Organise and manage meeting schedules.
- Book travel, purchase tickets, and arrange hire cars and taxis.
- Provide PA support to the Director.
- Assist the Admin Manager with administrative tasks across all Bond Bryan offices.
- Welcome visitors, answer telephone calls, distribute post, and ensure the office is tidy and professionally presented at all times.
- Assist with day-to-day office operational issues.
- Liaise with the Landlord to arrange office services, maintenance and repairs
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office software.
- Willingness to develop existing skills and learn new ones.
- Familiarity with computer technology in all aspects of the role
- A flexible attitude and willingness to support Bond Bryan Architects in achieving continued growth in a dynamic and demanding market.
