What You Will Bring To The Team
Our team is client-focused and believes in a high level of attention to detail, professionalism and discretion.. We value diverse backgrounds and what that brings to our team and we want to hear more about what makes you unique.
In addition to what makes you unique, there are a few basics that we require for this role:
- The candidate must hold a current license, without any restrictions or conditions, in one of the following countries if they do not have a license from PEI or any other Canadian Province.
○ Australia
○ Great Britain
○ New Zealand
○ Republic of Ireland
○ United States of America
- The candidate must have practiced a minimum of 600 hours as a pharmacist, without restrictions or conditions, in the last three years before seeking registration in Prince Edward Island.
Your Role
While we all work to provide services to clients, we all play different roles to make this happen. You’ll contribute by:
- Collaborating with other team members and prescribers to provide timely high quality healthcare service delivery and an exceptional client experience
- Utilizing your full scope of practice Including but not limited to assessment and prescribing, medication reviews, chronic disease management, and vaccine administration.
